Last Sunday, bro has drove us to Gurney Drive to have our seafood dinner with our parents in Bali Hai Seafood Market. This restaurant is on your right if you are traveling down from Gurney Plaza.

There have many different opinion where is the best place to have seafood in Penang. But I can share with you what I think the best seafood restaurant that meet all my expectations.
Fresh,
Variety,
Taste.

Bali Hai is one of the most popular seafood restaurants in Penang. Indeed, it is also one of the most well known seafood restaurant of foreign tourists, as it label itself “everything that swims, you can find it here.”

The restaurant is big and can sit a hundred people easily.

Beside the restaurant is a transparent glass where you can see all the chefs preparing your food live.

These weird looking creatures which seem to have elephant trunks growing out of them are known as geoduck (pronounced “gooey duck”) Geoduck are actually clams native to the Pacific Coast. Apparently, it is highly regarded in Asia cuisines especially among the Chinese - almost same level as abalone.

Lobster on Ice. This is the fresh 3kg lobster..

This is the Geoduck..There are 2 way of eating..1 is like shasismi and the other is with the sup they served then steamboat..btw the soup was very nice!!148rm

Although quite costly but it depends what seafood that u order..but the quality and the taste of the seafood was really nice..so it's worth..!

14sep was my dear big day..the night before i am write a birthday card and prepared the present to him..
